The Row Church

 The Row Church has been on the front-lines fighting for a minimum wage of $15 per hour in  Los Angeles for the last year and a half and was instrumental in helping to ensure its passage  into law. We continued the Fight for 15 at both the state and federal levels. The fight for $15 is more than just a fight for wages.  

It exposes some of the greater issues that include the unconscionable numbers of homeless citizens in Skid Row and throughout LA because of rising housing costs as well as the inability to earn a livable wage to secure or keep housing! As the church, we are about the things that are dear to our Father’s heart -we are about His business- and His ears are not deaf to the cries of oppressed workers and neither are ours! James 5: 4 Look! The wages that you have [fraudulently] withheld from the laborers who have mowed your fields are crying out [against you for vengeance]; and the cries of the harvesters have come to the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.
